The Role: Remote Group Reservations Manager
As the Group Reservations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the group reservations team, serving as the operational quarterback for all group bookings. You will manage the intricate process of turning sales contracts into accurate, actionable reservations, optimizing inventory, and preventing overbookings. Your meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with hospitality systems will ensure flawless execution, maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Group Turnover process, reviewing contracts to ensure 100% accuracy of rates, dates, packages, and inventory across Delphi and Opera/PMS.

Maintain accurate group blocks in Delphi and set up corresponding rates and inventory in the property management system (Opera/PMS). Conduct daily audits of group and hotel inventory to prevent overbooking.

Create, manage, and monitor customized group booking links for clients, ensuring functionality and stay-through capability.

Serve as the primary liaison between Reservations, Sales, and Events teams. Prepare rate summaries and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Oversee and support the daily workflow of the Group Reservations team, fostering accuracy and excellent service.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in group reservations, hotel reservations management, or sales coordination within a hospitality or resort environment.

Proficiency in hospitality systems is mandatory: Delphi (Sales & Catering) and Opera (Property Management System) or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of revenue management principles and inventory control.

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Leadership capabilities with a team-oriented mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
