Position Overview:

Wall Street Oasis is seeking seasoned finance professionals to join our exclusive network of Remote Finance Resume Consultants & Career Mentors. In this high-impact role, you will leverage your industry expertise to provide premium, one-on-one guidance to our members. You will be instrumental in refining their resumes, preparing them for high-stakes interviews, and providing the strategic career advice needed to break into and excel in competitive finance roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth, line-by-line reviews of client resumes and cover letters, ensuring they meet the elite standards of top-tier investment banks, private equity firms, and hedge funds.

• Provide actionable feedback to optimize resumes for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and human recruiters.

• Deliver personalized, mock behavioral and technical interviews tailored to specific finance roles (e.g., Investment Banking, Equity Research, Sales & Trading).

• Offer strategic career coaching and guidance on networking, internship acquisition, and long-term career planning in finance.

• Maintain the highest standards of client satisfaction through detailed, supportive, and constructive communication.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a reputable finance role (e.g., Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Equity Research, Venture Capital).

• Proven track record of screening resumes and conducting interviews from the hiring side.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentorship and coaching.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of what constitutes a “winning” finance resume.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from a recognized university.
