The Role: Driving Product Evolution

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our product development team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the crucial link between business objectives and technical execution. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining requirements for new features—including cutting-edge AI integrations—and guiding the development process from concept to launch.

This is a unique opportunity to significantly influence the roadmap of a leading SaaS platform and work at the intersection of business strategy and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis & Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate these into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and interactive mockups using Figma.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Plan, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to support the strategic product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of key features.

• AI & Technology Integration: Spearhead the definition of requirements for AI-powered features, including OpenAI integrations and automation tools, to enhance platform intelligence and user experience.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth competitor and market analysis within the SaaS/CRM landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and potential differentiators.

• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and design teams to facilitate clear communication, conduct refinements, and ensure smooth implementation of new functionalities.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive business and technical documentation throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• A minimum of 1+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.

• Direct experience with SaaS or CRM products is a significant advantage.

• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and creating technical specifications.

• Hands-on proficiency with Figma, diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro), and Jira or similar Agile project management software.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Working knowledge of database structures and basic SQL.

• A strong interest in and understanding of AI principles (e.g., ChatGPT API) and their application in SaaS products.

• Confident English communication skills (verbal and written) at a B2/C1 level.
