Position Summary
Publitas, a fast-growing and innovative SaaS company, is seeking a proactive and strategic Customer Success Manager to join its fully remote, international team. This role is focused on managing and growing a portfolio of B2B clients, primarily in the Netherlands.
The ideal candidate is a fluent Dutch speaker with a strong background in SaaS account management or customer success. You will be responsible for the entire post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding, driving product adoption, ensuring customer retention, and identifying expansion opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Client Portfolio Management: Own and manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers, primarily in the Dutch market, acting as their main strategic advisor and point of contact.
- Customer Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, providing effective training to ensure a fast time-to-value and successful product adoption.
- Retention and Growth: Proactively monitor customer health metrics to mitigate churn risk. Drive retention, renewals, and revenue expansion by identifying relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Strategic Guidance: Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals to create tailored success plans that maximize the value they receive from the Publitas platform.
- Proactive Support: Serve as a trusted advisor by providing high-value support via email and video calls, resolving inquiries, and guiding clients toward their desired outcomes.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless and unified customer experience from handover to renewal.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to our learning culture by sharing customer feedback and insights to help refine our customer success strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements:
- Dutch Fluency: Must be fluent in both written and spoken Dutch (non-negotiable requirement).
- SaaS Experience: 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within a B2B SaaS company.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable and proficient with modern business tools, including CRM/CS platforms (e.g., HubSpot), Slack, and Zoom.
- Remote Work Experience: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote, and asynchronous work environment.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Salary: A gross annual salary of €45,000 – €65,000, dependent on experience.
