Remote B2B Product Analyst

In this remote role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Transforming data into actionable insights: Analyze data from various sources (event streams, Salesforce, app data) and translate findings into clear, concise reports with actionable recommendations.
• Building and maintaining dashboards: Craft operational dashboards using BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to empower internal teams with answers to their most pressing questions.
• Data modeling expertise: Design data models for the production pipeline, ensuring high-quality data feeds into critical stakeholder dashboards.
• Collaboration is key: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other teams to develop tracking plans that guarantee high-quality data for performance measurement and analysis.
• Bridging B2B gaps: Connect product and go-to-market teams, demonstrating how marketing initiatives impact product outcomes (e.g., new user acquisition) and vice versa.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Experience with product analytics tools: Prior experience working with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap is a plus.
• BI tool proficiency: Hands-on experience building and maintaining data products in BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is required.
• Data modeling skills: Experience building data models, preferably using dbt, is a must.
• Communication is key: The ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
• Proven relationship builder: A demonstrated track record of fostering strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across departments is crucial.
• Documentation and testing champion: Experience creating data documentation and establishing testing practices is desired.
• Comfort with ambiguity: You thrive in dynamic environments and embrace challenges.
• Cloud data warehouse know-how: Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses like Google BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake is a plus.

Bonus points for:

• Prior experience in the subscription or B2B SaaS industry
