Mindoula Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead a team of Case Managers in Nevada. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who have experienced interpersonal violence. You will play a key role in implementing and overseeing programs that empower individuals to take control of their healthcare journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated Case Managers.
- Oversee the implementation of population health programs focused on interpersonal violence reduction.
- Ensure program goals are aligned with Mindoula’s mission of providing person-centered care.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Connect individuals with vital local resources to address their holistic needs.
Why You’ll Excel:
- You have a Master’s degree and a current Nevada clinical license (LCSW, CPC, LPC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD).
- You possess strong leadership and management skills.
- You have experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly those affected by interpersonal violence.
- You are knowledgeable about local domestic violence resources.
- You are skilled in crisis intervention and care management.
