The Opportunity

We are looking for a true net new SAP Cloud ERP hunter a sales professional who lives for opening doors creating demand and closing new customer logos for SAP Cloud ERP Public Edition and RISE with SAP. This role is not account farming. Success is defined by net new pipeline creation net new customers and closed revenue in competitive cloud first ERP buying cycles

What You’ll Do

Net New Business Development

  • Own net new logo acquisition for SAP Cloud ERP Public Edition and RISE with SAP

  • Proactively generate opportunities through cold outreach and targeted prospecting

  • Leverage executive networking to build relationships with key decision makers

  • Engage in SAP and hyperscaler co sell motions to maximize deal velocity

  • Build a greenfield pipeline from zero to close

Full Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Lead the entire sales lifecycle for net new customers from qualification and discovery through deal strategy and competitive positioning

  • Manage scoping and solution alignment with technical resources

  • Develop proposals and commercial models that win

  • Handle negotiation and closing with confidence and precision

  • Navigate competitive landscapes against Oracle NetSuite Microsoft Dynamics Workday and Infor

Value and Cloud First Selling

  • Position SAP Cloud ERP as a business platform not just an IT system

  • Communicate business transformation value clearly to executive audiences

  • Articulate cloud economics including ROI TCO speed and scalability

  • Explain standardization and clean core benefits to technical and business leaders

  • Drive urgency and executive alignment within buying organizations

Ecosystem and Co Sell

  • Work closely with SAP Cloud ERP and RISE field teams to maximize co sell opportunities

  • Partner with hyperscalers including AWS Azure and GCP

  • Engage alliance partners and leverage marketplace programs

  • Utilize incentives credits and co funded GTM motions to accelerate deals

Revenue and Performance

  • Consistently achieve aggressive net new revenue and logo targets

  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy

  • Measure success by new logos won net new pipeline created and closed Cloud ERP revenue

Target Industries

  • Manufacturing

  • Professional Services

  • Public Sector where applicable

Who You Are

  • You have proven success as a net new ERP hunter with hands on experience selling SAP Cloud ERP or S/4HANA Public Cloud

  • You have demonstrated wins against competitors like Oracle NetSuite Microsoft Dynamics Workday and Infor

  • You possess a relentless hunter mentality you are self driven resilient and fearless

  • You have strong cold calling prospecting and deal shaping skills

  • You can sell at the executive level with confidence and credibility

  • You are comfortable working without existing accounts or an inherited pipeline

  • You have high energy and a competitive outcome oriented mindset

  • You are commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills

  • You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in fast growth environments

  • You are street smart and know how to win real deals not just pitch decks
