We’re seeking a motivated Lead Nurture Specialist to manage our sales pipeline and convert marketing-qualified leads into scheduled consultations. This role is perfect for a sales-driven professional who excels at communication and thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.
Your Mission: Transform Leads into Valued Partnerships
As a Lead Nurture Specialist, you will serve as the crucial bridge between potential clients and our SEO consulting team. You’ll engage prospects across multiple channels, qualify opportunities, and ensure our consultants’ calendars are filled with well-prepared, high-potential appointments.
Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Channel Engagement:Â Proactively reach out to inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email to schedule discovery appointments

Lead Qualification:Â Pre-screen prospects using strategic questioning to identify ideal client matches and service fit

Pipeline Management:Â Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead progress through the entire sales funnel

Appointment Optimization:Â Maximize attendance rates through confirmation processes and professional follow-up

Sales Coordination:Â Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver sales materials and support prospect education

Performance Tracking:Â Monitor and report on key metrics including conversion rates and appointment attendance
Required Qualifications:
