We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented HR Talent Scout with a passion for HR strategies and talent acquisition. The Opportunity
As our HR Talent Scout you will be responsible for managing the overall Human Resources strategies systems tactics and procedures across Codekeeper. You will oversee recruitment activities including sourcing attracting screening interviewing and assessing potential candidates as well as onboarding new employees. This is a role for a proactive individual who is ready to take ownership of recruitment and HR operations contribute to process improvements and help us attract top talent
What You’ll Do
Recruiting

Source post and optimize job openings on various platforms

Design and manage application and screening processes according to company policies

Expand recruitment reach and improve candidate engagement
Screening and Interviewing

Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements

Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on established criteria
Offer Management

Present job offers to successful candidates detailing position terms remuneration and benefits
Recruitment Process Optimization

Explore new platforms tools and strategies to enhance recruitment processes

Document procedures and workflows in the HR Recruitment Folder
HR Management

Develop structure and document HR procedures aligned with company policies

Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
Employee Relations

Organize three online team gatherings and one offline team event per year to foster engagement and a strong company culture
Who You Are
-
You have a minimum of 1 to 2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
-
You have a background in recruitment with experience in screening interviewing and assessing candidates

You have experience in performance coaching

You are proficient in English both written and verbal

You can adapt and multitask in a fast paced environment

You possess strong organizational analytical and strategic thinking skills
