We are seeking a meticulous and technically-minded Technical Project Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects. In this central coordination role, you will be the engine of execution, translating client requirements into detailed specifications, managing multi-threaded development tasks, and ensuring flawless launches. You will work alongside Product and Account Directors to bridge strategy with delivery, managing intricate business logic and interconnected features. Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex software projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery for clients.

Write crystal-clear, detailed feature specifications and create/maintain comprehensive task breakdowns for development teams.

Lead regular client meetings to communicate progress, gather feedback, and align priorities. Coordinate internally with developers and leadership to resolve blockers.

Proactively monitor project health, identify gaps in requirements, flag risks early, and maintain rigorous documentation.

Understand and orchestrate projects involving multiple user types, APIs, data relationships, and intricate business logic.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of experience in technical project management, software QA, or a role requiring deep collaboration with development teams.
