Lead digital transformation for Fortune 500 clients. We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Delivery Manager to own high-stakes technology projects and drive client success.

We are hiring a Senior Client Delivery Manager to be the strategic owner and trusted advisor for our most critical client engagements. In this senior leadership role, you will guide clients through complex technology journeys, manage multi-million dollar project lifecycles, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-impact solutions. Your ability to navigate executive stakeholders, anticipate challenges, and drive both technical and business outcomes will be central to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Independently lead the execution of large-scale, high-revenue technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with client strategic goals.

Act as the primary strategic consultant for clients, building deep relationships with C-level stakeholders and guiding them to maximize the value of our solutions.

Proactively manage client expectations, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure long-term partnership success and revenue growth.

Facilitate seamless collaboration between cross-functional internal teams (engineering, product, design) and complex client organizations.

Identify project risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain rigorous standards for quality, timeline, and budget.

Continuously refine methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction across the delivery portfolio.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

7-15 years of progressive experience in client delivery, technical program management, or management consulting, with a proven track record in a technology services or SaaS environment.

A history of successfully managing complex, high-budget projects involving multiple executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Superior ability to build trust, manage expectations, and operate as a strategic partner independently with senior client leaders.

Ability to understand broad business objectives, connect technology delivery to ROI, and contribute to account growth strategy.

Executive presence and persuasive communication skills to align diverse teams and navigate challenging conversations.

A foundational understanding of software development, cloud platforms, and modern tech stacks to engage credibly with technical teams and guide decision-making.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery methodologies is a strong plus.
