6 Figure Creative exists to solve the #1 problem holding creative freelancers back: not knowing where their next client is coming from. Through our flagship program, Clients By Design, we provide highly personalized marketing strategies and 1-on-1 coaching to top-tier creatives—from Grammy-winning producers to renowned designers—helping them build thriving, predictable businesses.

We are seeking a true Marketing Nerd with a passion for diagnostics and coaching to join our growing team. As a Digital Marketing Coach, you will own the success of a dedicated roster of 50-75 clients, guiding them through the implementation of custom marketing roadmaps. This is a high-trust, high-impact role where your guidance will directly change the trajectory of your clients’ lives and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary coach and accountability partner for your client roster, providing expert feedback, overcoming roadblocks, and ensuring successful execution of their marketing playbooks.

  • Personally onboard new clients, ensuring they feel supported and understand how to maximize their success within the first critical 30 days.

  • Be directly accountable for key metrics: Monthly Client Retention, Roster Size, and Client Happiness Score, aiming for 95%+ satisfaction and retention.

  • Quickly and effectively address client concerns and conflicts, maintaining positive, productive relationships.

  • Work directly with the founder to refine coaching playbooks, resources, and systems based on frontline client insights.

Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate):

  • A Marketing Expert with 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience who loves diagnosing why a “marketing machine” is broken and prescribing the fix.

  • An Exceptional Coach & Communicator with strong leadership skills, comfortable on video, and gifted at making others feel heard and motivated.

  • Possess superior time management skills to juggle dozens of client priorities without letting anything slip.

  • Never shy away from a challenge and are fulfilled by making a tangible, life-changing difference for others.

  • Detail-Oriented (You’ll add the phrase “client acquisition machine” in your application video).

  • Available to coach full-time (40 hrs/week) primarily during US business hours.

What Success Looks Like:

  • 30 Days: Master our playbooks and onboard your first clients.

  • 90 Days: Manage 25-30 active clients with a 95%+ Happiness Score.

  • 180 Days: Maintain a full roster of 50+ clients with 95%+ monthly retention.
