The Opportunity

You will be instrumental in scaling the business, managing P&L, and cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence within a fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative business strategies to achieve ambitious long-term growth targets and enhance market position.
  • Financial Management: Oversee full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure sustainable profitability and resource optimization.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, lead international expansion initiatives, and forge strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (including sales, marketing, finance, and product) to optimize operational efficiency, implement scalable systems, and ensure seamless global service delivery.
  • Team & Culture: Champion a high-performance, results-oriented remote work culture. Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent to build a world-class executive team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, partners, and major clients.
  • Innovation & Transformation: Drive digital transformation initiatives and champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in a senior leadership role with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • Proven experience in scaling a business, managing a full P&L, and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and financial management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring distributed, cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
  • Expert-level understanding of market dynamics, preferably within the SaaS, FinTech, or a related technology vertical.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Average Salary Range: $150,000 – $275,000 USD per year.
