The Role: Enterprise Marketing Lead – US
We are hiring a seasoned, strategic technology marketer to own and accelerate our Enterprise growth trajectory in the US market. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you will shape the local go-to-market strategy, execute full-funnel demand generation, and directly influence pipeline and revenue. You will operate as an owner, leveraging everything from events and content to ABM and partnerships to drive lead generation and nurture enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the integrated Enterprise marketing strategy for North America, focusing on demand generation and pipeline acceleration.

  • Plan and lead high-impact campaigns including webinars, white papers, e-books, thought leadership content, and paid media initiatives.

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of Enterprise events, user conferences, and key industry tradeshows.

  • Craft compelling sales collateral, case studies, and messaging that clearly articulates value to enterprise buyers.

  • Monitor campaign performance, produce executive reporting, and continuously optimize strategies based on data and market trends.

  • Partner closely with the performance marketing team on ABM and retargeting programs and with sales to ensure seamless pipeline progression.

Who You Are (Requirements):

  • Proven experience in B2B Enterprise marketing and growth within a fast-paced technology company (SaaS, AI, or developer tools preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to own and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns with measurable ROI.

  • Hands-on experience leading Enterprise events and tradeshows from conception to execution.

  • Strong product marketing instincts with the ability to understand complex buyer journeys and craft compelling messaging.

  • A data-driven, analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.

  • A self-starter with extreme ownership, a bias for action, and the ability to thrive in a minimal-bureaucracy, high-autonomy environment.

Bonus Experience (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Proficiency in key channels: cold email, SEO, affiliate, or performance marketing.

  • Strong product sense or design skills.

  • Experience in the AI/ML or developer tools landscape.
