Your Mission: Drive Enterprise Growth and Strategic Partnerships
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our commercial engine, responsible for converting our most strategic prospects into long-term, high-value partners. This is a high-impact role for an autonomous, ambitious sales professional who excels in complex, consultative sales cycles and thrives on building relationships with C-level executives in the tech space.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Deal Execution:Â Own and grow a dedicated portfolio of high-potential enterprise accounts, developing sophisticated, long-term deal strategies and leading complex commercial negotiations.

Full-Cycle Sales Leadership: Manage the entire sales process—from initial discovery and value positioning to champion-building, objection handling, and contract closure—while effectively influencing multiple stakeholders.

Pipeline Generation:Â Proactively build a robust sales pipeline by prioritizing target accounts, leveraging BDR and Marketing support, and creating self-generated opportunities through strategic outreach.

Consultative Selling: Employ a value-based sales methodology, clearly articulating Paddle’s ROI and aligning our platform’s capabilities with the strategic goals of prospects, from technical founders to CEOs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Â Act as the quarterback for complex deals, collaborating seamlessly with internal teams including Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships to develop integrated strategies that ensure client success.
The Ideal Candidate Profile:
Required Experience:
-
Proven track record of exceeding quota in a full-cycle, new business sales role within a B2B SaaS or software company.

Extensive experience managing multi-threaded, complex enterprise sales cycles and negotiating six-figure deals.

Demonstrated expertise in consultative, value-based selling to C-level executives, particularly CTOs, Heads of Product, and Founders.

Strong ability to sell highly technical products and navigate complex, unstructured sales environments.

An entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling complex business challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in the payments, fintech, or e-commerce space.

Background selling to technical buyers and familiarity with platforms like Stripe, Chargebee, Zuora, or Recurly.

Experience working in a high-growth, scale-up technology environment.
