Architect the Revenue Engine for an AI-Powered Future

As we accelerate our growth, we are seeking a strategic and technically-minded Director of Revenue Operations to build and scale our entire revenue infrastructure. This is a high-impact leadership role for a systems architect who excels at designing seamless GTM operations, embedding AI into core workflows, and driving data-driven decision-making across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Your Mission: Build, Integrate, and Automate the Revenue Machine

As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be the cornerstone of our go-to-market strategy. You will own the entire RevOps function, from high-level systems architecture to day-to-day execution. Your expertise will be critical in creating a scalable, efficient, and intelligent revenue engine that powers our growth and provides a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • GTM Strategy & Architecture: Design and implement a unified RevOps framework that aligns processes, data, and technology across all revenue-generating teams.

  • Systems Integration & Management: Serve as the primary owner and architect of our revenue tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and automation across core platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Slack.

  • Data Integrity & Governance: Champion data quality by establishing and enforcing rigorous data hygiene rules, deduplication strategies, and validation processes to ensure CRM accuracy and reliability.

  • AI Operationalization: Lead the charge in identifying and integrating AI solutions into GTM workflows to automate tasks, enhance lead scoring, improve forecasting accuracy, and boost team productivity.

  • Executive Reporting & Analytics: Develop comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems to track pipeline health, forecasting, and conversion metrics, providing the CRO and executive team with board-ready insights.

  • Operational Excellence: Own and optimize critical revenue operations including territory design, lead routing, quota and compensation planning, and sales enablement tools.

The Ideal Candidate Profile:

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Operations, with a proven track record of owning and scaling the RevOps function in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce administration, including system architecture, complex automation, and integration management.

  • Demonstrable experience in maintaining exceptional data quality standards within a CRM, with expertise in data enrichment, governance, and deduplication workflows.

  • Proven success in managing and integrating a complex GTM tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, Slack, Clay).

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in building dashboards, modeling revenue data, and supporting executive-level strategic planning.

  • Direct experience in testing, deploying, and leveraging AI tools to streamline and enhance GTM processes.

  • A bias for action, ownership, and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, startup environment.
