About the Role
AssureSoft is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to help design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure that supports modern, scalable applications across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS environments.
- Support cloud-native architectures that ensure performance, reliability, and security.
- Manage networking, load balancing, security controls, and cloud resources.
- Optimize infrastructure to support business growth and application scalability.
Infrastructure as Code
- Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform.
- Develop reusable modules and automation workflows.
- Manage infrastructure changes across multiple production and development environments.
- Ensure consistency and reliability through infrastructure-as-code best practices.
Kubernetes & Container Operations
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Support container orchestration, deployment automation, and environment management.
- Maintain highly available systems that support critical business applications.
- Improve deployment efficiency through automation and platform optimization.
CI/CD & Automation
- Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment workflows.
- Develop automation tools and scripts using Python and Bash.
- Improve development velocity through streamlined DevOps practices.
Monitoring & Reliability
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Maintain uptime monitoring and service performance tracking.
- Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Drive improvements that enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
Security & Compliance
- Configure identity and access management controls.
- Manage secrets, encryption, SSL/TLS certificates, and security policies.
- Implement cloud security best practices and least-privilege access models.
- Support infrastructure compliance and risk reduction initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Advanced Terraform expertise, including module development and state management.
- Experience managing production cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Python and Bash scripting.
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud networking, infrastructure security, and automation practices.
