Key Responsibilities

Customer Success Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and implement Customer Success processes focused on adoption, outcomes, and retention
  • Lead a portfolio of strategic DACH (German-speaking) customers while coaching team members
  • Establish scalable onboarding, enablement, and customer health frameworks

Retention & Risk Management

  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively prevent churn
  • Develop structured recovery plans for at-risk accounts
  • Drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) through proactive engagement strategies

Team Development & Operations

  • Lead team cadences such as portfolio reviews, risk assessments, and enablement sessions
  • Mentor Customer Success Managers to improve performance and strategic thinking
  • Standardize best practices across the team for consistent value delivery

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Product, and Account Management teams
  • Ensure smooth transitions between Customer Success and Account Management
  • Act as the voice of the customer by translating feedback into product improvements

Requirements / Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success within SaaS or similar environments
  • Proven track record managing retention, GRR, and high-value customer portfolios
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams, ideally in a remote setting
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as GRR, NRR, and customer lifecycle management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and opportunities proactively
  • Experience building scalable Customer Success playbooks and processes
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in German and English (required)
