What You’ll Do:
- Build strong relationships with clients and guide them on how to best utilize our platform.
- Become a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Deliver impactful presentations and training sessions to clients.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth within client accounts.
- Collaborate with our product team to enhance our platform based on client feedback.
What You Need:
- 3-8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage projects and client relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working in a small, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English and availability to work Mountain Time Zone hours.
