What You Will Do:

  • Be the First Line of Defense: Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, managing and resolving inquiries through our support portal with speed and precision.

  • Master Troubleshooting: Investigate, diagnose, and replicate technical issues, providing effective solutions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 cases.

  • Drive Customer Outcomes: Collaborate with Senior Customer Success Managers to ensure clients are maximizing the value of the RegScale platform and achieving their GRC goals.

  • Power Our Knowledge Base: Create and update internal documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to improve customer self-service and team efficiency.

  • Ensure Excellence: Meticulously track all customer interactions in Salesforce and Jira, upholding our strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments.

  • Become a Product Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the RegScale platform to provide expert guidance and escalate complex issues effectively to Tier 3 support.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer success role within a B2B/SaaS environment.

  • A natural problem-solving aptitude and superb analytical skills with relentless attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and ticketing systems like Salesforce Service Cloud and Jira.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Outstanding organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and tickets in a fast-paced environment.

  • A curious mindset and a strong desire to learn about cybersecurity, compliance (GRC), and enterprise software.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent practical experience is highly valued).

  • Entry-level certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL.

  • Prior internship experience in a technical customer-facing role.
