About the Role: Architecting the Customer Journey for a Global Audience
Are you a strategic leader who sees data as the key to unlocking customer loyalty and revenue growth? WorkinVirtual is partnering with a scaling B2B technology company to recruit a CRM Manager to own the strategy, administration, and optimization of their global customer relationship management ecosystem. This is a pivotal role where you will be the architect of the end-to-end customer journey, leveraging technology to personalize experiences at scale.
You will serve as the bridge between marketing, sales, and customer success, utilizing advanced CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to segment audiences, deploy targeted campaigns, and generate actionable business intelligence. Your work will directly increase customer lifetime value, improve retention rates, and create a unified view of the customer across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities: Strategize, Automate, and Optimize

Develop and execute the overarching CRM strategy, establishing data governance policies, defining customer segmentation models, and managing the health of the global database.

Serve as the primary administrator for the core CRM platform (Salesforce or HubSpot), configuring workflows, managing integrations, and ensuring system integrity.

Design, build, and optimize complex marketing automation journeys (lead nurturing, onboarding, retention) to drive engagement and conversion across the customer lifecycle.

Extract insights from customer data to inform business strategy. Build dashboards and reports on key metrics such as customer lifetime value, campaign ROI, and segmentation effectiveness.

Oversee the technical integration of the CRM with other key business systems (e.g., billing, support, analytics) to create a centralized customer data platform.

Train and support marketing, sales, and success teams on CRM best practices, ensuring high adoption and consistent data entry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a CRM management, marketing operations, or marketing automation role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.

Deep, hands-on expertise as an administrator for a major CRM platform: Salesforce (Sales Cloud) or HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub).

Proven experience designing and implementing sophisticated marketing automation campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to derive customer insights.

Experience managing technical integrations and a solid understanding of customer data platform concepts.

Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions in a fully remote work environment.
