About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring successful product adoption and long-term relationship growth. You will work closely with stakeholders across organizations to deliver value, prevent churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned corporate clients
- Drive product adoption and increase usage across business units
- Identify and mitigate risks related to client retention
- Collaborate with sales teams to uncover expansion opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders
- Provide proactive outreach and relevant insights to clients
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Gather customer feedback to support product and strategy improvements
- Maintain accurate forecasting and account planning
Requirements / Skills
- Experience in account management, customer success, or SaaS roles
