Key Responsibilities:
✔ Enhance customer experience by improving supply chain processes
✔ Monitor & resolve customs-related issues (classification, valuation, certificates)
✔ Stay updated on changing trade laws & implement compliance strategies
✔ Lead project calls, track risks, and drive process automation
✔ Train clients on import/export regulations (Incoterms, cross-border trade)
Who Should Apply?
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
✅ 2+ years in freight forwarding / 3PL / customs brokerage
✅ Strong knowledge of trade compliance, IATA/FIATA, customs laws
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
✅ Willing to work 5 days onsite in Whitefield, Bangalore
